Your enquiry.
Your information.
This notice covers the ATLAS Workflows website and its message form.
Last updated: October 26, 2026What the form collects
The project brief collects your name, email, business name, goal, main priority, start window, and involvement in the decision. You can choose an exploratory timeframe or involvement. Your job title, team size, website address, and investment range are optional. These are stored as separate fields to support a useful project conversation. Earlier assessment enquiries may include industry, location count, and information about the systems in use. Please do not include passwords, financial account details, employee records, or other sensitive information.
How your enquiry is used
ATLAS uses the information to review fit, discuss a tailored project or the ATLAS app, and contact you about that request. The owner can add internal notes, a responsible person, follow-up dates, a pipeline stage, and an agreed deal value to manage the conversation. Simple rules help the owner decide which briefs to review first; this does not approve or reject a prospect, and the owner makes qualification decisions. The owner can prepare a limited brief for a manually selected Grok research and drafting task. This export excludes the contact email field and internal notes, but visitor-written text may include personal information and is reviewed before sharing. There is no live Grok connection or automatic customer outreach. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails, schedule a meeting, or create a purchase.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in this website’s hosted database. The hosting provider processes the data to operate the service. The owner workspace requires an authenticated, authorized owner account; enquiry records are not publicly displayed. The form records your consent and submission time, and stores limited campaign labels from the page URL when provided.
A Microsoft workflow alerts ATLAS when a new enquiry is saved. It receives the enquiry reference and test status, and sends a notification to the ATLAS mailbox. Your contact email and free-text project details remain in the protected tracker rather than the alert.
For abuse prevention, the application uses a one-way network identifier that changes daily. It does not save the raw IP address in the enquiry or measurement records. The hosting platform may separately process technical logs and use its own authentication and operational technologies.
Optional website measurement
Measurement is off unless you choose “Allow measurement.” If allowed, the site uses a random browser-session identifier to record a landing visit, a contact call-to-action click, the start of the form, and completion of the project-details step. Each event is counted once per session. Events include the page path and limited campaign labels, not your name, email, company, or typed form answers.
If you submit an enquiry with measurement allowed, the session identifier is also saved with that enquiry. This lets ATLAS count completed forms and understand the path to a qualified enquiry. These records are therefore not fully anonymous. No advertising pixels or third-party analytics are added by this website.
Your choice is stored on this browser. The random session identifier is stored only after consent and lasts for the browser tab session. Declining measurement does not affect the form. You can change your choice below; declining stops future measurement and removes the session identifier from this tab, but does not delete events already saved.
Your choices and retention
Information is retained while needed to respond to and manage your enquiry or business relationship. ATLAS has not configured automatic deletion on this site. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your enquiry, withdraw contact consent, or request removal of linked measurement records by emailing admin@atlasworkflows.ca with “Privacy request” in the subject, or by using the message form. Include your earlier request reference if you have it. Identity may need to be verified before information is disclosed or changed.
The ATLAS app
The ATLAS app is in development. Workflow examples and opportunity estimates are illustrative. The opportunity calculator stays in your browser; its inputs are not sent with your enquiry or measurement events. Scope, fees, availability, and any pilot commitments must be agreed separately.
